If you need Technical support please call us at 1-800-488-4336. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST, excluding holidays.

The Sensory Technologies Helpdesk supports each and every one of our custom audio-visual integrations. In addition to providing on demand technical support we manage on-site services as well. Here is an outline of services offered by our Helpdesk:

• Manage and track service process through completion—Helpdesk diagnoses inquiry, coordinates service resolutions, tracks completion, and updates client.
