Flaherty & Collins Signs Exclusive Agreement with Sensory Technologies
Indianapolis, IN, October 17th, 2007 - Flaherty and Collins Properties awarded Sensory Technologies exclusive rights to all of the audio visual integration services at their Charlotte, NC development: 210 Trade. The multi-million dollar, 400+ unit, 47 story condominium tower is located in the center of uptown Charlotte. The hi-rise, resort style property promises to deliver the most comprehensive modern luxuries to its urban contemporary buyers.
Flaherty & Collins chose Sensory Technologies to design and integrate the audio visual technology in 210 Trade’s theater, massage room, gaming center, fitness facility, private dining room, common spaces, and flat panel digital signage displays for the lobby, mail room areas, and amenity terrace. “We did quite a bit of research on the best partner for this. Ultimately, Sensory Technologies offered the highest level of expertise and invaluable service and support,” explained Tim Hill, Director of A&E Services for Flaherty and Collins.
Sensory Technologies will provide infrastructure expertise, state of the art products, professional installation services, sales and marketing support, and an on-site support engineer at 210 Trade.
Sensory Technologies will also be offering individualized lifestyle technology and home theater upgrade packages to 210 Trade condominium owners. The options include large screen HDTV flat panels with articulating wall mounts, multi-room speakers, touch panel controls, IPod docking stations, and more. “Every part of this project is exciting. Flaherty and Collins has partnered with us in every way to create a true win-win scenario for everyone involved,” states Matt Reeve, Business Development Manager for Sensory Technologies.
